so a while ago I just got my wrist squeezed extremely tight (I have very thin wrists) and now it's tingling all in my fingers and wrist and aching very much. I can move my wrist and fingers but it hurts a bit. feels like a cooling sensation also. I can't really txt either cause it hurts too much
