I went to Lacrosse tuesday night and I hate my new team! They make me feel like I am a bad player and I know I am not bad! The coaches do not even put pinnies on! This is my 7th season! I know I am not bad! I just feel like the coaches do not know what they are talking about. What should I do?
Show them what you can do. If you're really that good, the coach will notice. If the coach doesn't recognize your skills, he doesn't deserve you. Find a new club. And if he indeed saw what you can do, don't be afraid to ask him to play you more, or focus on you more.
