seems like a good workout but I personally have seen really good results using a strength based workout ( 3-5 sets 1-5 reps). It would be awesome if you would add more Olympic lifts such as bent over row, OHP, hang cleans as they would build power and explosiveness and would be great if you play sports. I have built my program by modifying 5x5 and starting strength. once my lifts stop progressing ill do texas method (if you're and intermediate lifter I've heard great things about texas). don't take my word for it. everyone is different and may get better results by doing calisthenics than with weights. you can find a lot of good info through research. either way what ever path you decide to take you wont be disappointed P.S: the greatest physiques all had foundations of strength/powerlifting (Reg Park, Arnold)
