My College advisors and Parents are Urging me to go to UC Riverside since its my best choice and the classes aren't impacted or over populated, the problem, is I'll have to take out about $12,000 in students loans or pay it off in cash... I also applied and got into CSUN (North ridge) and I haven't found out exactly how much I'll owe but compared to my friends, they all got other 90% or a full ride. If I do get a full ride, should CSUN by my #1 choice? I'll be dorming at both, but my advisors say that CSUN is over populated with students and commuters that my Classes may be impacted and there is a chance of me staying in college for 5 or 6 years instead of 4... Any ideas? I just don't want to be stressing out on loans that I'll owe after college. Also, I'm guessing North ridge has a Better lifestyle in terms of social than UCR since CSUN is practically in a city and near LA, and UCR is basically in the middle of no where...which requires you to drive places.
