Ask your parents to arrange for some summer tutoring in algebra2. You need to improve your algebra skills so that you can better handle the higher math classes. Since you have a passing grade, I strongly doubt that you will be permitted to schedule it again. Move on to geometry and then trig, etc.
Well a C- is passing. If you got any lower, you would have to retake it to get into a 4 year college. My advice would be to not retake it since you already passed and there are many other math classes to take after algebra 2. Try a tutor too! (to help you absorb and understand the algebra 2 you're learning now).
