I would recommend replacing Windows with Linux.
Not unless you have an expert knowledge of Services and their cause and effect on your system. ~ Obviously you don't or you would not be asking this question here.

Go ahead. At the point you hit that last critical service and the machine stops responding you can no longer even start the machine and log in. They disable all but the essential services by default. Since you asked this, you obviously do not know enough about operating systems to mess with services.
