for sure. the cpu is a little risky but as long as your not recording recourse intensive programs you should be fine, but if you say running Skype, elgato, and a video game, your no good. especially if its (most likely) a dual core.i would spending some money and getting a cpu and about 4 gigs more ram. it'll run you around 150-200$ if you get AMD chip and SODIMM memory and about 250-350 if you do intel, but for what you are doing you don't need intel unless you want to spend more money.
