I am 17 and struggle through school due to hearing loss. I have been tested NUMEROUS times and have shown that I have mild hearing loss. My doctor has not done anything and simply says "I don't know". I was told that a BTE Personal Sound Amplifier would be beneficial to help me through school and theater things. Would it harm my hearing even more? Would it help me? Additional thoughts?
