Hey My name is Adriana I'm 19, I've been living in the UK since 2003, both my parents have lived here the same amount of time BUT were not born in the UK we are Portuguese. My parents both work I also work part time while attending college I will be going to university in September my Portuguese passport is going to run out this month and its a hassle to go to London to sort everything out. I've been told because I've been living in Britain for more than 10 years I can apply to have a British passport.. is it true and also what process would I have to go through?
