Do I have to stay in the country if I have a court case?

Like even when I go to court and than there's 2 months for the next court date can I still leave the country in those 2 months and than come back for my next court date? And I'm 14 years old and broke a criminal law
It would depend on the bail conditions the judge set. In some cases a provincial court judge will set conditions that the accused forfeit his/her passport and remain in the country, but this is restricted for serious criminal matters Your gonna have to talk to the judge about this.
well what are your bail condition's ? unless you have been told you can not leave the country, in witch case they would of asked for your passport you can go where you like
You can leave unless you are on probation or deferred adjudication and it specifies that you cannot leave the county/country/state. Usually a condition of probation is staying local. If you got out on bond, there may also be a requirement to stay local. It would be in your bond papers.
