I have a friend who contacted Heartworm ( Yes the one dogs usually get) 5 yrs ago and has been hospitalized about 30 times since , and all for major illness. Needless to say the bills are piling up. Our community does a lot of fund raiser and they are usually based around food. I am looking to do something different. We r in Texas.
Well there's a couple things you could do :) - bottle drive - car washes - pledges - bake sales - sell things you no longer need - make a website online for donations - get an add to put in the newspaper - ( insurance?) - art I hope your friend gets better :)
