Awful idea that will probably end in the binge of your life. You were not 189 yesterday and 182 today... Not in real weight (muscle, fat...) Losing 7 pounds require about a 25,000 calories deficit and there is no chance you did that in one day (even the best athletes in the world can't do that in a whole week) Start by learning about water and food weight... Back to your idea... It would ruin your hormones level, you would lose a ton of muscles and you would end up at the hospital for acute malnutrition (or most likely a big binge after 2 or 3 days of starvation)
