Help Me Make The 3D Maneuver Gear A REALITY! !!?

So, I'm working on making the 3rd Maneuver Gear from the anime, Attack on Titan, real. I know it's almost impossible and extremely dangerous, but I want to at least try to work it out on paper. Right now, one of my biggest problems is the reeling mechanism. In the anime, they use multiple fans and shoot compressed gas through them to reel in the wire. In real life though, it wouldn't be strong enough to take you at a good speed and you'd run out of gas quickly. So I though of using 2 independent electric motors to do the job, but I don't know what motor would work best. They would have to be as light as possible and be able to pull about 300+ pounds at a good speed. If anyone has any ideas, please let me know, I'll be happy to hear them. Thank you for your time.
First, you will need industrial strength motors because if the reeling mech is not fast enough you will just hit the ground.but try adding a balance mechanism to it so you won't flop in the air Then, the "hooks" will need to disconnect from the surface they are latched to so you will be able to continue your movement. Kinda like grappling hooks but ones that can punter through solid concrete (for lightness maybe aircraft grade aluminum hooks with titanium tips) Due to the fact that the movements in A.O.T. defy physics a bit try maneuvering in a "spiderman game" method, which is shoot-latch-swing-disconnect and repeat, but there is room for creativity. Protection, the is a very high risk of you injuring your head and vitals. this is my personal opinion much room for improvement and add-ons
