I'm moving back to California in a few weeks and I'm trying to figure out a stealth way to smoke weed without getting harassed by the cops. Ive been looking into VapePens but I think they are only for wax and Portable vaporizers. My budget is around 120$
If you have the patience to wait a few hours, you can eat it, or poor hot water on it and drink that
