I am 14 years old and i want to get ripped. I am about 5.6 ft tall, i weight 143.3 lbs and i have about 13 or 14% body fat. I have been doing this everyday: -100 push ups -250 sit ups -100 shoulder push ups I also practice basketball every monday and wednesday for about 1 hour and a half (cardio)..
