there was a basketball hoop at a neighbors house. it just sat there for about 2 years unused, the people that lived there moved out and said i could take to hoop back to my house. I used it for going on 9 months and now another neighbor is saying that the hoop is theirs. What should i do, do i have a case for unclaimed/abandoned property?
