Your vet will tell you which shots are recommended for your area, and as Paul said, they need a wellness check anyway. They also need to be checked for parasites.
I would give a 5 way shot such as this one if your dog is not a toy breed I would give it a 7 way shot such as this it will also need a Rabies shot which has to be administered by a vet my vet charges $15 but I know another that charges $20 and another that charges $38, so call around and see who is the cheapest. These shots are NEEDED because they are essential to your dogs health and well being.
