That's alright. That game is a piece of junk anyway.
your computer may be running out of memory. close all applications and try then. if it still doesnt work, make sure no one besides you is using the internet, and also close all electronics, or at least disable their wifi. if it STILL doesnt work then you might need to upgrade the computer or buy a new pc, or maybe the roblox servers are down.
