I eat a well balanced diet of fats, proteins, and low to medium carbohydrate featuring fresh foods. I am still dropping weight, but I am not in a rush. I rarely eat a wheat product and avoid processed foods. No sugary treats or beverages. Bkfst: Apple cider vinegar w/Mother and water, bacon, egg, 1/2 Roma tomato, 1/2 avocado, black coffee Lunch: 2 cups of Dark leafy greens with dressing, cheese, sunflower kernels; 1/2 avocado; 2 oz protein - HB egg, tuna, shrimp, leftover meats Snack: Nuts-6 ea. walnuts and almonds, cheese, celery, radishes, petite carrots, 5 small olives, 3 pcs of Herring Dinner: 5oz Meat, 4-5 cups of veggies cooked and/or cold Dessert: 1C frozen blueberries in a chilled bowl with heavy cream splash on top (like ice cream but better) I drink water, sometimes with a lemon wedge, when thirsty.
