I'm a sophomore in high school and my chemistry doesn't teach at all! He gets off topic every single day and he gets mad when you ask him a question. Plus sometimes he'll give you the biggest attitude and I asked him how to do something once and he refused to teach me. There's 4 weeks left in the school and I need to get my grade up. I don't know what to considering we don't do in class assignments that will go in the grade book. What should I do to better understand everything and deal with him everyday?
Get a buddy in class and take turns going and circling in the textbook what is important. There are bad teachers out there and if they are at college level they likely have tenor which means they are pretty much impossible to fire, even without it it would take a lot to get the admin to actually do anything. Pass the class and move on. Take this as an example of what not to do and learn from it.
