i think the best thing to do is to try to avoid any confrontation, because honestly some times fighting is a part of life. Then if he confronts you dont hit him unless he hits you. To be honest just chill bro later on youl look back at life and laugh at this moment. Plus if you really like her, he can say whatever he wants, because at the end of the day he cant beat you.
